 What a great night. Taking standard, simple ingredients & turning them into something pretty damn good is a task we love to handle.

We catered for a local Austin IT company (Vintage IT Services) that was hosting a small “thank you” for their customers at Ballet Austin. A nice Pinot Noir & Pouilly Fume were poured as all the guests munched on smoked salmon crostini’s, caramelized onion topped baked Brie & a mediteranean bruchetta…to name a few.

Keeping it simple & bold was the theme of the night. Quite an awesome evening; life just doesn’t get simpler or better than that.
